Is any incident that has not been replied to
by an amusement venue within 5 business
days and/or a venue responds and wishes to not respond.
Resolved:
Any issues that have not had any further
incidents within the past 14 days (14 days from date park was alerted)
that have been reported by venue, consumer, or Amusement Safety
Organization.
