set up. Notice must be given to the Arkansas
Dept of Labor of the intent to operate an
amusement ride and such notice must be given a minimum
of four working days prior to the operation of the ride.
The notice must be in writing and specify the location,
date and time of intended operation. One million
dollars liability insurance is required. Inspections
include mobile rides, go-kart, bungee, water parks,
inflatable, climbing walls, and fixed amusement
