Injury/Incident Trends:

Racer The Racer roller coaster was seen for one thing - pain. Many riders riding this attraction going forward complained of neck pain, back pain, and last but not least this ride can dish out a headache like none other... Riders riding this attraction backwards faired no better. Riding backwards, riders complained of roughness, however, a few did mention that this ride seemed less rough in nature going backwards. ASO contributors mentioned this, too.
Son of Beast The Son of Beast roller coaster faired worse compared to last year. A ride worked on last year due to a major accident - did not make a difference. This ride dished out back, neck,  and various miscellaneous injuries such as riders biting their lips, cheeks, one rider even losing a bracket on her braces. To describe this roller coaster as 'rough' is an understatement.

We're glad to see that perception of this venue has shifted. Despite what happened last year with the Son of Beast accident, perception of this venue has remained steady. Would we ride The Son of Beast roller coaster? Not a chance. Should you ride it? We'd highly suggest that you skip it when visiting Kings Island. There's plenty of other rides for you to enjoy at this venue.

Employees at this venue did not go unnoticed by the public. We've received many positives regarding employees at this venue. Various trips by our contributors talked of employees assisting the disabled, refusing rides to riders who were under height requirements, and even some employees suggested not riding the Son of Beast roller coaster---even they know how rough this ride is...

People visiting this venue utilized the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau as well as Trip Advisor.
